I have been told that a weekly ticket can not be refunded ( if lost ticket) and a commuter was told by a City Rail staff that if you lose a weekly ticket you are not able to get a refund. Yet if you purchase a monthly ticket and you lose it - then you can get refund - at least 30 percent of ticket is not refunded direct to you!
