Do Bus Drivers Get More Disgruntled With Bigger Currency To Pay Fares?

Allan, our Treasurer has advised that he has seen an incident where a commuter provides $5.00 note to pay for 2 pensioner concession tickets and the Bus Driver was a little upset he was given notes . Each ticket costed $2.50 each. Next another commuter offer a $10.00 note to pay her fare and the next one a $20.00 ticket.

As each commuter provided these funds he gets more unhappy, is this fair?. They are not providing $50.00 or $100.00 notes and I think up to $20.00 is reasonable to pay if you have no small change. What do you think?
