O.kay I'll tell you what it is: he hates crowded trains and suggests that some commuter would pay somewhere between 20-40 percent extra on their tick to have a first class premium train carriage. This one carriage out of 6-8 carriages should invlude: complete comfort, silence, Free Wi-Fi , heating, air conditioning and providing the the best travelling condition for first-class paid commuters.
He advised Trains marked 'S' Class do not have air conditioning and most commuters expect that for what they pay. Very interesting suggestions/ideas - let's see what you think?
