A young hard working man called Christian from Blacktown, travels during the week to and from the City and uses City Rail train. He also catch Busways 756 to and from home to Blacktown station.
The main improvement he would like to see is a supply to the Western Line of more fast City Rail trains from Blacktown to the City in the morning as he spends on average 50 percent of his time on a crowded train, unable to sit down comfortably on a long journey. Christian also claims that that as he has one opportunity to get the fast train, if not he has to wait for half an hour.
NSW Government should ensure there are ample trains services out west to and examine the train time tables so that commuters are not overcrowded due to lack of services and commuters comfort placed first, especially to him
