This is funny Jeanette from St Clair, I not only know as a commuter but as a long time lady I met with her husband, I first met when they used to go to Holy Family Catholic Parish in Emerton. Both her husband and herself go to different Parish now. We always seem to have a great conversation on City Rail trains from Parramatta and at times other commuters join in. She has witnessed myself doing the interviews to other commuters when she raised my alarm and stated to me, ' You haven't interviewed me as yet?' So I did!
Jeanette catches the Westbus 775 to St Marys Station and then catches a City Rail train to Parramatta. She wold like to see improvement in having more bus and train services, with buses having a basic service of 15 minutes in Peak hours at least in mornings and afternoons, having it as it was before back in the turn of the century, 2000!
With train services on the Western Line losing 3 trains, in Peak times morning and afternoon, since time tabled 11/10/2010.
Jeanette says we should go back to old time tables that reduce essential train and bus services in the entire Greater Western Sydney. Public Transport should be made easier for the customer and should be a provided to the community as easy access, exceptionally time tabled, comfort and directional to ensure the proper modern infrastructure is in place to cater for the growth of public transport
