Second Access Lifts Required - Seven Hills Commuter

On last Saturday,  a young Nikita from Seven Hills travels on weekends to Parramatta  or other major shopping hubs by City Rail.

She would like to to see NSW Government focus on Disability Access for the intellectually disabled commuter to make it to work and travel on public transport they require clear an precise  announcements and not to speak to fast on trains carriages.

She also provided a situation where a wheel chair  have to bypass the usual train station due to lifts were not working  - thus the delay was to return to the same station coming from the opposite direction. The problem was the commuter was due to make an appointment that day and may have missed his appointment.

The suggestion here it to have to have a second accessible lift on platforms, to prevent this from happening on the Western line
