Sometimes, when there is train delays on the Western Line, there is usually little or no announcements from the guard and commuters. There should be automatic announcements that is provide on the train ( or even from the guard) that provide details of what is causing the train delay, how long do they propose the delay will be at the most, what contingency plans are in place to transport commuters if commuters have to leave the train.
This is so that relevant details can be provide to families and/or friend waiting for the commuter to arrive at their train station destination?
